By systematically recording any gaps and performing regular reviews of results, we can put corrective action plans in place as part of our continuous improvement system.

The batch file : the traceability tool for your product

With every production order, a Batch File is created to ensure the traceability of your product.

The Batch File includes :

- data relating to the raw materials,

- the production file of every semi-finished product and of the finished product,

- The corresponding control files.

Furthermore, it compiles the performance levels and the restrictions which need to be adhered to while the product is being manufactured.

Release

Quality Assurance carries out full and detailed analysis of the Batch File.

In particular, at the end of the production process, Quality Assurance verifies that the facts shown in the Batch File (recording the tests undertaken) and the data of the Analysis Reports meet the expected performance levels and the requirements of the regulations followed (BPF, HACCP, etc.). Any possible gaps are analysed with production, scale-up and development so we can decide on the future of the batch and set corrective measures.

From this point on, every batch released by Quality Assurance can be shipped to the customer.

Continuing improvement

Processing customer claims :

Customer claims are recorded and are analysed to identify the causes of the problem. We inform you of these results and implement the corrective action decided upon.

Audits :

Our sites are regularly audited either by our own in-house teams or by our customers. We implement corrective action wherever gaps may be found.

Annual review :

Our Quality teams carry out an annual review in order to publish an activity report on the degree to which our set targets were achieved. This also enables us to establish an action plan to achieve future goals.
