Our productions sites are designed according to the form of products (dry or liquid and paste) and according to the required skills : extraction, manufacture, packaging. Extraction and packaging in single doses of organic products performed at the same site for liquids, thus providing a short cycle suited to guaranteeing microbiological stability and particularly suitable for formulas certified as Organic.
3i nature has implemented specially adapted practices in order to guarantee the quality levels required by your markets and your products, as demonstrated by the certification already obtained or in the process of being obtained :
3i nature is continually investing in new equipment which meets the highest standards and into upgrading existing equipment. We put partnership agreements in place with manufacturers who can contribute both our critical equipment and the additional capacity which ensures our flexibility.
In order to ensure the safety of the activities from the outset, our Quality Management System (QMS) has been designed to adapt to the different regulations. It is supported by a documentation system which traces all the activities in the procedures and records which are managed systematically. We maintain a quality system based on continuing improvement. Any incidents which arise are subject to investigations and corrective actions.
To ensure that your supply requirements are met, we organised our sites according to Lean’s principles to raise the service rate. They concern notably :
An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), enabling us to keep a record of all the events in the life cycle of your order : registration, acknowledgement of receipt, provisional timeframe, availability and supply of ingredients, production order, analysis and release, sending. Our Customer Service team leaders can thus keep you informed on the progress of your order.
