Our Quality system is one of the main instruments behind your industrial safety and involves all of our activities (development, production, logistics, etc.). By anticipating risks and defining the ways to prevent them, 3i nature can implement the means to meet your specifications.
From the development stage, our Quality system takes key points into account using deliverables which the customer can validate and which are based on the current regulations in force and by defining specifications in line with your objectives.
Validation of key stages :
From the moment 3i nature receives your project brief, we propose the solutions and alternatives to provide you with the best scientific, regulatory, economic and logistical options. At every stage of the project undertaken to define the solution (ingredients, formulas, packaging), the project manager will send you a deliverable which enables you to validate our proposals with your team and management. At the end of the project, the Technical File brings together all these decisions and provides you with a summary of the specifications for your chosen solution.
Regulations
In line with our values of naturalness, bioavailability and environmental protection, we apply the regulations in force for food supplements, plant use, claims, and the objectives of the ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 standards. We refer to ICH methods for stability studies.
Specifications sheet
At the outset of the project, you may wish that certain specifications are implemented according to your own quality system. 3i nature’s Quality Assurance team will analyse your specifications sheet and will propose a method for putting your conditions into operation alongside those of 3i nature.
