You will have a customer-focused 3i nature project manager leading a team of in-house or external experts who will be responsible for engineering development, the schedule and budget. S/he provides you with customised guidance with absolute confidentiality guaranteed (confidentiality agreements and clauses…).

Quality management

Our Quality Management System defines the internal processes whichenable us to bring the required skills together. At every stage of the project, the project manager will submit the team’s proposals to you and will provide you with the deliverables required for your approval. After final approval, s/he will send these elements to the Scale up department so the chosen solution can be transferred to industrial scale.

A technology platform to make your project a reality

The Development centre has a technology platform, a reduced-sized model of production workshops used to set the feasibility and stability of the products to be put on the market. Using tools and samples of raw materials and packaging items, from pre-tests to pilot batches, this technology platform has been designed to accommodate your own teams at your request and allows them to carry out their development activities using time-sharing infrastructure and expertise.
